Neeraj is the mastermind behind the magic at Canadian Eatery. Having 15+ years of experience and a passion for blending global flavors with Canadian traditions, he has turned our kitchen into a hub of inventiveness and comfort. Born in India, Neeraj started his journey by attaining a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management; leading to a remarkable beginning at Hyatt Hotels.
His culinary skills were further honed with a prestigious diploma from Alian Ducasse Education in Paris. There, he trained under renowned 3 Michelin star chefs like Gilles Goujon and Alian Ducasse. If you think that was that to his culinary journey, you’re wrong. Neeraj’s path actually led him to Canada where he developed deep appreciation for rich, hearty savours of Great White North.
His dishes are more than just meals. Each one of them tells a story on a plate. By looking at them, you can tell that they are crafted with care, innovation, and a touch of his unique flair. Neeraj isn’t just our chef, he’s the heart and soul of every bite!
If Neeraj is heart, Krishna is hustle behind Canadian Eatery in Calgary Southwest. Bringing 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has graduated from IIHM. Krishna started his career at Parkroyal and The Oberoi in New Delhi before starting his journey with Carnival Cruise Lines.
After moving to Canada in 2009, our manager has refined his culinary skills, obtained his Red Seal in cooking, and successfully managed several franchise locations. We are super happy to have Krishna at Canadian Eatery. He really crafts memorable dining experiences for guests. For him, operating at our restaurant is not just a job but a true passion!
